Earn Money From AssociatedContent

AssociatedContent is a good source of guaranteed income. No more praying for people to click on your ads or creating campaigns at AdWords (PPC) or setting up web sites or doing social bookmarking etc.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open a free account at Paypal.
2. Create a free account at AssociatedContent (AC) keeping in mind that you set your country as US, even though you may be not. No verification is in place. For a US zip code, you can just google.
3. Write an article of about 500 words (the higher the better) and submit it to AC. You are supposed to write original articles. There’s no way they are going to accept if you simply lift an article from some site and submit. You might want to refer to PLR articles and rewrite them in your own words.

   By opting for the Upfront payments, you will be paid on an average of $4 when your article is published. You will also earn Performance Payments, a minimum of $1.50 for every thousand page views that this content receives.

4. Search for a relevant image from sxc.hu and include it. You will find the option to upload an image after you post the article in the content box.
5. AC will take 7 days to review your article. You will then receive a mail stating whether it is accepted or not. If it is accepted, you have to confirm whether the amount they are offering is okay with you or not. Once you confirm their offer, you need to verify your paypal address by clicking on a link that they send to your email. If your article is not accepted, you will be told the reason and an option to resubmit it for performance payments (only).
6. After that you will receive the amount to your paypal account in 3 days.
7. The article will be published after a day.

I submitted my first article to AssociatedContent on 14th and it was accepted on 22nd. A good number of articles you can submit in a day is 7 to 8. Note that there’s no official figure on this. So you can actually go ahead and do 10. Assuming that all of them get approved and each brings $3.5 on an average, you can make $35 a day with little effort. Writing (re-writing) 10 articles should take about 2 hours at the max.

Productivity tip

If you are on Vista, use the in-built speech recognition program to type your article into Word. You can have the original site/article on the left, and Word document on the right and just speak/dictate the article in your own words while the speech recognition program will be doing the typing for you. I haven’t yet put this in practice, but this should cut down the time to prepare 10 articles by an hour at the least.
